Bid shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. The Owner will receive Bids until 2:00 PM local time on March 25, 2024 at the ofice of Trish Osborn, Executive Director, Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Carlton, MN. Proposals are not the be received at the HRA Office at Aspen Arms Apartments; 950 14th St, Cloquet, MN 55720. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invitied to attend. Copies of the Bidding documents may be examined online after February 16, 2024, by downloading the complete digital plan set at www.questcdn.com under Project #8968597 for a non-refundable charge of $25. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractor not to discriminate in employment practices in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions.
